Background
Fire & Rescue New South Wales (FRNSW), is the world’s largest urban fire and rescue services agency. FRNSW overriding purpose is to enhance community safety, quality of life, and confidence by minimising the impact of hazards and emergency incidents on the people, property, environment and economy of NSW.
FRNSW relies on SAP Business Suite powered by the SAP HANA platform for all aspects of running the organization across finance, payroll, HR, procurement, training, logistics, and more.
Context
FRNSW engaged Testpoint to conduct an analysis exercise focusing on performance related end user experiences of its SAP Portal and GUI applications currently served by its SAP HANA Platform.
Requirement
- Conduct a scoping exercise to compile the non functional requirements and to determine the scope and granularity of the performance testing required to benchmark the SAP Platform across key FRNSW agencies
- Uplift internal capability to perform ongoing performance testing requirements
- Establish a performance management solution to monitor mission critical systems and applications with a comprehensive dashboard real time monitoring
